ICS 213 - Message Form

  1. When receiving a message complete all except the last line then click "Save Message".
  2. When done or to the cancel message and leave without saving, close this tab.
  3. To deliver the message to the destination or forward it to another station
    1. Before closing this tab, fill in the last line and click "Save Message" again. Then close this tab.
    2. After closing this tab, locate the message in the outbox, pass the message, and complete the last line.

Note:  All times are local time between 00:00:00 and 23:59:59.
24:00:00 is 00:00:00 the next day.
If seconds are :00, times can be entered as hh:mm
